Prana Vashya 2 week intensive

This is a two week version of the usual 4 week Prana Vashya intensive course, advised for those who have been practicing for at least 6 months. Prana Vashya translates to control of vital energy, the sequence is designed to help you delve deeper into your practice and deeper into yourself. Dedicating 90 minutes to yourself each morning helps to develop your sense of self love and self awareness. My personal goal is to help you to get more in tune with the natural inner workings of your body, and spending some time moving and breathing with it is a perfect way to do just that.

When: Monday – Friday 4th – 15th November 6-7:45 am

Investment: £70/£65 for repeating students or studio members

Freedom of the spine: mobility, strength and backward bending

I’ve designed this two week course as an opportunity to explore the movements of the spine, and to begin to open up the muscles and joints in the surrounding areas. We will explore the spine for all that it is, spiritually, physically and emotionally, through a series of movements and postures, that will help you to find freedom and flow in the spine and so help you to find freedom and flow in life. I will work with you both on a group and individual level, also providing you with videos to enhance your connection to your spine and yourself.

Back to Basics : 5 day beginners course

This is the perfect course for those brand new to yoga or those looking to bring their practice back to basics. In this course, we will cover the foundations of yoga, inclusive of breath, technique and philosophy. To either help you renew your practice or develop a new habit. Perfect for beginners!

When: 2nd-6th December 6:45-7:45 am
