Private Yoga Classes 

One to one private yoga sessions are a perfect way to enhance or begin your yoga practice.  They allow a more personalised approach to your practice and the full attention of your teacher for asking questions. 


Students book private lessons for a variety of intentions, such as:

  • Grasping the basics of yoga 

  • Developing confidence to practice in group settings

  • Supporting training e.g. football

  • Learning to modify a practice while healing from injury

  • Cultivating a therapeutic practice to manage or improve health issues like insomnia or low back pain

  • Receiving one-on-one attention in a private space

  • Deepening meditation practice

  • Diving into postures, whether you need special attention to master a challenging pose like headstand or perfect form in a fundamental pose like Chaturanga Dandasana

  • Exploring yogic philosophy or unfamiliar styles of yoga

  • Pranayama

What should I expect?

The sessions are generally 1 hour long (unless otherwise specified), on our first session we will have a short discussion about what you expect from the lessons and do a basic practice to enable me to get to know your body and breath work.  in the continuing sessions we will develop your practice focusing on whatever areas you have specified.  During the one hour session we will begin with 5 minutes of meditation and connecting with your breath , then we will move into your practice and finish with a relaxation and small head massage (optional if you would prefer not). Just wear comfortable clothing (the sort of thing you would wear for the gym) If you have any further questions please contact me here
